Shipping Policy

Each order is carefully prepared and processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or higher volume periods, processing times may extend slightly, and we will do our best to communicate any delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping times vary based on destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Reverie & Ritual Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control once a package has left our hands.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to make changes or reroute packages once an order has shipped.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

Because each offering is thoughtfully curated or created in small quantities, all sales are considered final.
However, we want you to feel fully supported in your experience with us.
We gladly offer store credit or replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at, including your order number and photos if applicable.
Once approved, you will receive either:
• A replacement (if available), or
• Store credit issued to your Reverie & Ritual Co. account
Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages


Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Reverie & Ritual Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking your surrounding delivery area, neighbors, or local carrier office first.
