Because we begin processing orders quickly, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need support, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If that happens, we will always communicate updates with care.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to weather or transit issues. If your package seems delayed, feel free to reach out and we will help support you however we can.

Because our offerings are thoughtfully curated and often limited in quantity, all sales are final.
However, we do offer store credit or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll take care of you from there.
Once approved, store credit will be added to your Reverie & Ritual Co. account and can be used toward any future purchase. Store credit does not expire.
